Over 42 Classes offered weekly; All levels of group classes offered through 2 different studios 6 days a week; beginner & senior-friendly classes; Separate cycling room. All Les Mills classes are offered; Yoga; Barre; Mat Pilates; Step & other freestyle classes.

- Mini Mo – As a community of women, we understand that having sage and engaging care for your children is important. We’ve designed Mini-Mo, our on-premise childcare program, to keep children active and motivate them to dance, sing, play, create & learn!
