The Total Body Transformation is a nutrition and fitness program designed to help you look and feel your best.
Many women spend years on a roller coaster ride of diets and weight loss programs. This is different. Our goal is to educate you and support you, providing you the tools you need to reach your goals.
What you’ll get:

Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle or have a better understanding of how nutrition impacts your training, this program will open your eyes.
This is different than anything you have probably done before. It is a change in mindset on nutrition and exercise but it is a GOOD change. That it is probably the change your body needs to boost it into its next level.
The Transformation is not just a shift in your body composition, but in your mental and emotional mindset as well.
The coaches encouraged us, answered questions, shared their stories, and let us pick our own goals/motivation. No question was too small or unimportant. I feel like I learned so much!
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
DUMBBELLS— We recommend a set of light dumbbells and heavy dumbbells to be able to complete most of the exercises, ranging from 5-20 lbs, but the specific amounts will depend on individual fitness levels.
(optional) RESISTANCE BANDS WITH HANDLES or LOOP BANDS— These are option to enhance some of the resistance in the exercises.
(optional) KETTLEBELL– Not required but can be useful. You can substitute one heavy weight or object for some of the exercise.
STEP– This could be a chair or a sturdy box or bench.
What is the average length of the workouts?
Workouts will take on average anywhere from 30-45 minutes.
What is the weekly workout split/schedule?
Any of the 4 workouts can be completed at any time that is convenient for you, but the overview of the week is: Monday – Full Body Tuesday – Upper Body Wednesday – Lower Body Thursday -Rest Day Friday – Upper Body. We will switch out the weeks to either include 2 upper body or 2 lower body per week.
For what fitness level is TBT designed?
The beauty of TBT is that it is very adaptable to individual needs and fitness levels. There are medications for every movement and ways to scale back or add intensity. We will work with you on an individual level to find the best fit for your personal level.
Are there videos for the workouts?
Yes! Each workout will have access to a private webpage where videos will be posted demonstrating the exercises for every workout.
