The Total Body Transformation is a nutrition and fitness program designed to help you look and feel your best.
Many women spend years on a roller coaster ride of diets and weight loss programs. This is different. Our goal is to educate you and support you, and empower you to be your best self by providing you the tools you need to reach your specific goals.

Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or have a better understanding of how nutrition impacts your training, this program will open your eyes.
This is different than anything you have probably done before. It is a change in mindset on nutrition and exercise but it is a GOOD change. That it is probably the change your body needs to boost it into its next level.
The Transformation is not just a shift in your body composition, but in your mental and emotional mindset as well.
The coaches encouraged us, answered questions, shared their stories, and let us pick our own goals/motivation. No question was too small or unimportant. I feel like I learned so much!
How much does the program cost?
The cost of the 6-week program for Momentum members is $150. Guests of the gym are welcome but will pay an additional fee.
This cost includes three personal coaching sessions, a customized macronutrient count, a sample meal plan tailored to your macronutrient and calorie count, and two workouts each week.
What is the weekly workout split/schedule?
There are three workouts each week, you may attend two of the three. Each workout is a total body workout.
The schedule is Mondays at 9:30 a.m., Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
What is the average length of the workouts?
Workouts are 45 minutes, coaches will stay 15 minutes after the workout to check-in and answer personal questions.
For what fitness level is TBT designed?
The beauty of TBT is that it is very adaptable to individual needs and fitness levels. There are modifications for every movement and ways to scale back or add intensity. We will work with you on an individual level to find the best fit for you.
