Types of Total Body Training at Momentum

1-on-1 Total Body Training: Evidence-based training tailored to each goal, timeline, and individual. Each client’s training calendar and the number of sessions per week is tailored to best fit their lifestyle. Periodization rooted in principles of foundational biomechanics that will keep you avoiding unnecessary plateaus.

Pilates Reformer Training: Increase core strength and flexibility with the Pilates Reformer. Momentum is the area’s only fitness club to offer the unique, bed-like equipment that provides unmatched core-strengthening exercises.

Nutrition for Nourishment: A customized macronutrient count, an informational overview e-packet on macronutrients, tracking tips and tricks, a body composition analysis, and a 15-minute coaching check-in (virtual or in-person).

VIP Total Body Training: Personalized training + nutrition appointments every week (30-minute sessions), optional daily communication, and bi-weekly body composition check-ins.
