Types of Total Body Training

  • 1-on-1 Total Body Training: Evidence-based training tailored to each goal, timeline, and individual. Each client’s training calendar and the number of sessions per week is tailored to best fit their lifestyle. Periodization rooted in principles of foundational biomechanics that will keep you avoiding unnecessary plateaus.
  • Pilates Reformer Training: Increase core strength and flexibility with the Pilates Reformer. Momentum is the area’s only fitness club to offer the unique, bed-like equipment that provides unmatched core-strengthening exercises. For pricing, click here. 
  • Nutrition for Nourishment: A customized macronutrient count, an informational overview e-packet on macronutrients, tracking tips and tricks, a body composition analysis, and a 15-minute coaching check-in (virtual or in-person).
  • VIP Total Body Training: Personalized training + nutrition appointments every week (30-minute sessions), optional daily communication, and bi-weekly body composition check-ins.
  • Time-bound Fitness Programs: Our Total Body Training department offers time-bound fitness and nutrition programs throughout the year. The Total Body Transformation (TBT) is a nutrition and fitness program designed to help you look and feel your best. The goal of this program is to educate you and support you, and empower you to be your best self by providing you the tools you need to reach your specific goals.
    **Time-bound programs run periodically throughout the year. Program dates will be announced on our social media pages, website, and in the club weeks prior to the program start date.
