Our Total Body Training department offers time-bound fitness and nutrition programs throughout the year.
The Total Body Transformation (TBT) is a nutrition and fitness program designed to help you look and feel your best. The goal of this program is to educate you and support you, and empower you to be your best self by providing you the tools you need to reach your specific goals. Many women spend years on a roller coaster ride of diets and weight loss programs. This is different. Our goal is to educate you and support you, and empower you to be your best self by providing you the tools you need to reach your specific goals.
What you’ll get:
● customized nutrition coaching
● three strength-based workouts each week
● daily accountability check-in’s via a private Facebook group
● bi-weekly, one-on-one check-ins with your coaches
● our commitment, coaching, and expertise as trainers and nutrition coaches to help you succeed in your goals
**Time-bound programs run periodically throughout the year. We are currently finishing up a TBT session. Instead of running a TBT this summer, we are doing our 10 Week Summer Conditioning Camp. See the “Events” page under the “Resources” tab for more details.
