Standing Yoga

Standing Yoga: No Yoga Mat Needed! Yoga provides benefits of balance, strength and flexibility through purposeful and mindful movement. Standing Yoga offers the participant new to yoga the opportunity to learn and practice basic yoga poses in both standing and seated (fitness ball) positions. The use of props and fitness equipment will be integrated into class. All yoginis and fitness levels welcome!
