Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training, Small Group Training, On-site childcare, Pilates Reformer, cycling, weight-loss program.  Over 156 Classes offered weekly; All levels of group classes offered through 4 different studios 7 days a week; beginner & senior-friendly classes; Separate cycling room.  All Les Mills classes are offered; Zumba; Yoga; Barre; Mat Pilates; Step & other freestyle classes.
