This class incorporates gentle movement patterns designed to warm muscles and prepare the body for Yoga and Pilates inspired movements and exercises to stretch and lengthen muscles. Les Mills SPRINT
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.
Cardio n Tone is a low to moderate impact and intensity workout, great for beginners to experts. This class offers high energy aerobic conditioning with dance moves or with a more athletic style along with toning. Aerobic cardio moves are kept simple with lots of options shown. You may use the provided resistance bands and weights to work all muscle groups. Cardio n Tone improves heart and lung fitness and tones and shapes your muscles for a total body, total FUN workout.

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Les Mills BODYATTACK
WHAT IS BODYATTACK? From beginners to fitness junkies; BODYATTACK® caters to anyone, using instructor-led options. It combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
Our virtual classes take place at the club in our main group studio. The virtual class is a pre-recorded workout from LES MILLS and will show on our TV monitor. Equipment needed will be shown at the beginning of the video. If it is a BODYFLOW class, please bring your mat.
Pilates is a low intensity workout, great for beginners to experts, that will strengthen and stretch your
muscles using both concentration and perseverance to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and
core strength. Pilates tones and shapes your muscles, creating a better sense of well-being, balance,
and posture. Pilates rings, foam rollers, balls, light weights, and Dynabands are some equipment that we
provide and may be used in this class. Please bring your own mat to class.
Tone Tabata is a moderate to high impact and intensity workout. This class can suit beginners, who will be offered modifications, to experts. It combines the effectiveness of our exclusive Total Tone class with Tabata training. Tabata is a popular form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Our Tabata formula consists of mixing high intensity cardio interval training with muscle strengthening exercises. Tone Tabata improves heart and lung fitness as well as strength and endurance. Weights, resistance bands, and balls are provided and may be used in this class. You may want to bring your own mat to class.
Any time our Cycle Studio is not in use, you have the option to book it for a virtual ride. The class is a pre-recorded class from LES MILLS and is shown on the TV Monitor in the Cycle Studio. Our Members Services Representative will help you set up the room for your ride. SPRINT, RPM and LES MILLS THE TRIP are all available. Feel free to ride with friends.
Barre Pilates is a low intensity workout, great for beginners to experts, that includes Pilates, dance, Yoga, and functional training moves to strengthen and stretch your muscles. Pilates BARRE improves joint flexibility, range of motion, and core strength. It tones and shapes muscles and can improve balance. Exercises are done using a barre or chair and can include use of light weights and/or a ball which we provide. Please bring your own mat to class.
Yoga is a low intensity exercise discipline, great for beginners to experts, that includes the adoption of
specific bodily postures for health and relaxation, inspired by many different Yoga disciplines, which
incorporates breath control and simple meditation. Yoga improves joint flexibility, range of motion, and
enhances mental well-being. Blocks and straps as well as blankets are provided and may be used in this
class. Please bring your own mat to class.
Total Tone is a low impact workout, great for beginners to experts, that tones both the upper and lower
body. This free-style class is a perfect alternative to BODYPUMP. Total Tone will boost your metabolism,
burn calories, and help you burn fat efficiently as fuel for a stronger and more well-defined body. It will
also improve range of motion and flexibility. Light to moderate weights, bands, and balls are provided
and may be used in this workout. You may want to bring your own mat to class.
