Welcome to the Momentum 21-Day Challenge

Thank you so much for your interest in Momentum and our 21 Day Challenge! We would love the opportunity to walk beside you in your health and fitness journey.

The 21 Day Challenge challenges you to come into the club to work out at least 10 times over a 21 day period. You will have a Personal Success Coach who will meet with you within 2-3 days of you joining and will meet with you again at the end of the 21 day period. During the first meeting you will be given the option of taking a body composition analysis and your coach will review the results with you and discuss how those results relate to your diet and fitness goals. You will also be provided with a super foods list. Beyond the two coaching sessions, she will be in touch with you 2-3 times per week to check in, answer any questions you have, and to cheer you on! Your coach will provide guidance, encouragement, motivation and accountability.
