Momentum Female Health and Fitness Club Collaborates with Pink Hands of Hope
MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 23, 2018) – Momentum Female Health & Fitness Club will hold its fifth annual auction to support Pink Hands of Hope and local breast cancer patients from October 14-28 at its location on 5103 Carlisle Pike.
During the two-week bidding process, club members and the community are invited to place bids on the local products, services and monetary gifts. At the conclusion of auction, Momentum will donate all of the proceeds to the Pink Hands of Hope organization.
“Breast cancer hits close to home since we’re a women’s health and fitness club,” said Momentum’s owner Tracey Wakeen. “This year, we have a former employee who has stage four breast cancer and we’ve requested she receive a portion of the proceeds from the auction. We’re proud to support Pink Hands of Hope again and are excited to reach, if not exceed our goal of $5,000 to help women in our community who are battling breast cancer.”
As part of this year’s event, Momentum is inviting women in the community to participate in the auction by offering a two-week club pass (valid only from October 14-27 2018) to all first-time guests.
