BODYFLOW™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.


BODYPUMP™, the original barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! Focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat and produce lean muscle.

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and instructors.

LES MILLS TONE™ is a challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level at Momentum Fitness.

RPM™ is an indoor cycling workout. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.



LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Our instructors focus on technique for multiple levels.

Total Tone/Tabata
TOTAL TONE MEETS TABATA—This free-style class combines the effectiveness of our exclusive total tone class with Tabata training.

Aeroblast
Aeroblast: This low impact, high energy aerobic conditioning and toning class is not only good for the heart, but the soul too.

Barre
Barre: Familiar Pilates moves revamped with the use of the Ballet Barre. Members must reserve their spot one (1) day prior to class.

Total Tone
Total Tone: Looking for something that tones your body from head to toe? Do you want an alternative to BodyPump?

Standing Yoga
Standing Yoga: No Yoga Mat Needed! Yoga provides benefits of balance, strength and flexibility through mindful movement.

Tai Chi
