The Take It Off Weight Loss Program does just that and uses grocery store foods; a big plus for a participants’ long-term success. Most importantly, the Take It Off Program is promoting a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Participants learn how to cook delicious, healthy dishes, eat out at restaurants and fast food places and are taught how to modify their food intake on days in which they are going to indulge in higher caloric and fattening items.
The 12- week program is available to both members and non-members of the club and delivers up to 25 pounds of weight loss for those who follow the guidelines.Weekly coaching sessions are done one-on-one and a journal and full compliment of educational materials and recipes are included.

I’ve lost weight before and managed to maintain it for a while, but the numbers on the scale had begun to creep up over the last few years. Not much really- 3 or 4 lbs per year didn’t seem like much, but 4 yrs later I was up 15 lbs. I tried to lose it on my own and although I was able to halt the gain, I didn’t have much success losing it. I decided to join the TIO weight loss program as a way to refocus and be accountable.
